The anthology’s goal is to, in this troubling political and cultural era, share a true American perspective of origins and lifestyle that defies any current effort to constrict the definition of American. We earnestly seek to create an anthology that celebrates our religious, ethnic, cultural, gender, and political diversity. We also hope that our anthology is one drop in an inevitable wave that pushes back against the recent rise of racial and religious intolerance in America.
