Submissions
Thank you for your interest in submitting your manuscript to Blue Oak Press. Before you submit your manuscript, we ask that you get to know the Press, familiarize yourself with our mission, our history, and our list of titles, in order to determine whether Blue Oak Press is the best home for your writing.
We are currently not reading new submissions. We have several manuscripts that are in various stages of production. We generally only accept manuscripts referred to Blue Oak Press by our Acquisition Editor, Contributing Editors, and our publishing partners. However, we are always open to unique and brilliantly written manuscripts. No email, or electronic submissions! If you choose to send us a manuscript it may take us up to three months to respond. If you wish us to return your manuscript, send an envelope and proper postage. Good luck.
